Parkfit Invers

The Y is excited to launch FREE weekly fitness sessions for young people (aged 12+) in Invercargill!

Guided by our awesome personal trainers and Y staff, you’ll get to try a whole range of fitness activities – a mix of weighted and body weight exercises – improve your fitness, enjoy being outdoors and feel great!

Sessions are weekly on Thursdays

3.30pm-4.15pm: INTRO
This session is for young people of all walks of life, those who are new to exercise or don’t know where to start, and for all abilities and disabilities.

4.45PM-5.30PM: INTERMEDIATE
This session is for youth that have started their fitness journey and want to advance further.

Completely free!

Sessions will alternate between Gala St Reserve and Teviot St Reserve. See the schedule below:

TEVIOT STREET RESERVE

  • 28 November
  • 12 December

IMPORTANT

  • Please bring a bottle of water, and dress for the weather.
  • Cancellations or venue change will be on the Y Southland Facebook page.
  • You’ll be asked to complete a health and safety form prior to starting the activity.
