8 weeks to smash your health and fitness goals and go into summer feeling amazing!

The Y Boot Camp is an eight week programme, bringing a group of like-minded people together to push their bodies and abilities to the next level!

Our trained instructors will not only put you through your paces across a variety of hard but fun activities, but they’ll give you key insights into positive changes you can make to support your journey.

You’ll kick start the Boot Camp with an Evolt 360 Body Composition Scan and set goals, then our trainers will help you work through everything to achieve them. You’ll get another scan at the end of the programme to see just how far you’ve come.

With indoor and outdoor locations on the programme, if you’re ready for a challenge and want to smash your health and fitness goals, give the Y Boot Camp a go!

Days & times

  • Mondays 6pm
    (one hour session, based at 200 Ettrick St, Invercargill)
  • Thursdays 6pm
    (one hour session, based at 200 Ettrick St, Invercargill)
  • Saturdays 9am
    (one and a half hour session, range of different venues, outdoor where possible)

Prices

  • $200 for full eight weeks
    includes two Evolt 360 Body Composition scans
  • $350 per couple for the full eight weeks
    includes two Evolt 360 Body Composition scans p/person

Full payment requires $200 up front. Weekly payment is $25 per week and payments will start 30/09.

To register as a couple, please sign up one individual for either the full or weekly payment. Then click the separate link to sign up the second person. Note the payment must come from one account.
If paying weekly ($43.75 p/week), payments will start 30/09/2024.

The Y Boot Camp is open to Y members and non-members, however if you are a non-member you’ll need to pay entry to the Y for any sessions at the Y, or you can sign up for weekly membership for 24/7 access – click here to find out more about membership options. Signing up for membership will support you to enhance your fitness journey, as you’ll get access to fitness classes, a full 24/7 gym, the sauna and our awesome gym instructors.
