The Y Southland has Personal Trainers who are here to help you.

Personal training is just that – training specifically designed for you, your circumstances and your goals. You’ll work one on one with one of our trainers, who will ensure you have the right technique and the right workouts that work for you. They’ll hold you accountable, motivate you and give you specific support around technique and form.

Personal training comes at an added cost to your membership.
